Payment and prices
We support Visa and MasterCard. Our prices are set in SEK (Swedish Krona) and that is the transaction currency. We provide indicative prices in Euro and US Dollar and the exchange rate can vary slightly to your card providers.
If your country is part of the European Union, prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %.
Shipping
All our orders are shipped with the Swedish Post. They can manage deliveries globally. We pick and pack every monday. The orders are delivered in 3-5 business days within Europe and in 5-10 business days outside of Europe. If you have not received your order within these time frames, then please contact us on info@careofberge.com
Shipping Charges
30 SEK for orders under 350 SEK. Free delivery for larger orders.
Extra duties and charges
There are no extra duties and charges within the European Union. Orders to countries outside of the European Union might be subject to import duties and taxes according to the specific regulations of your country. We ship using the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid since we can not predict the charges in a particular country and case. This means that the buyer is responsible for paying any potential country specific duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
